CO2 and 1,700 PSI

GCAP lead instructors had a chance this last week to spend some time in applications outside of heat transfer.  A local company compresses millions of cubic feet of CO2 gas and for hydraulic fracking.  We started from the beginning of the process till hit hit the oil field 16 miles away.  What a tour and amazing engineering behind this compression machine.  One motor, 6 compressors and 4 stages of positive displacement compression going from a vacuum to over 1650 psi in a trans critical state.

Wayne this was the best tour we have ever been on and thank you and thank you Petro Satander USA for this training opportunity.
